Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Can I Get a Refund?

Since our insurance plans are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. However, if you made a purchase by accident or your cat jumped on the keyboard, contact us within 24 hours at info@doomsdayinsuranceplan.com, and we’ll review your request.

For physical products, we offer refunds only for items that arrive damaged or defective. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage.

2. Can I Cancel My Order?

  • Once an order has been placed and the digital product has been sent, it cannot be canceled.
  • Physical orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • If you have not received your product due to technical issues, please reach out, and we’ll ensure you get your apocalyptic peace of mind.

3. What If I’m Not Happy With My Purchase?

We aim to bring humor and joy to our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, let us know—we’re happy to hear feedback, but unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for non-tangible products.

For physical products, if you believe your item is defective or incorrect, contact us at info@doomsdayinsuranceplan.com with a description and photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you on a resolution.

4. What If the Apocalypse Actually Happens?

If zombies, aliens, or killer robots do take over the world and you survive, congratulations! However, your claim will still be denied (but you can brag about being right all along).
